Sure looks like they are collecting money for capital improvements...but then not using the money for the intended purpose. Cities and counties do this sort of thing with funds all the time...they can collect the interest or gains from those funds and siphon it off to the general funds. The capital is restricted to the use it is collected for...the interest is not. Common game.

The other use restrictions are just fluff...to either hammer the next tenant to pay up big time or get someone who does. Either that...or they are actually hoping nobody can come up to the demands...then they get the capital funds to use elsewhere...

I was a lobbyist for decades...saw crap like this daily...
Wilson Protector .45, Springer 9mm Loaded, Franchi Instinct SL .12ga. and some other cool stuff for the kiddos...

Or simply that Billie and the County didn't get along...

And don't forget the gang of criminals running the state government. Gas tax, CRV fees, lumber tax, paint tax, etc.

Some clarification. I just received another email about the 60 day notice:

We are OPEN and WILL BE OPEN until we receive the 60 day notice from the County of Los Angeles(which means we have 60 day left once the notice is received) OR, you never know, we may sign a new lease depending on the Counties final decision. Please be patient. If you have any questions, please email billie@triplebclays.com
