    Another pops day

Celebrated on Saturday. I went early, kids came at noon and 1ish.
Dialed in a few rifles at 50. Shot my new to me mauser c96 and happy to hit the paper at 50 and no keyholing.
Off to trap at 11. Buddy, and my 27 and 23 yo boys having some good times.
1 wife, daughter and soon to be sil show up. My daughter has never shot a shotgun. Let alone trap. Needless to say she shot great. Got the hang of it pretty fast. Yes it was at los altos which is nice for beginners.
We went through 5 boxes of clays and 500 rounds of target loads.
    Great family time.

They shot until they got bruises lol. Yes smiles from ear to ear. We went to finish off at the pistol range.
My daughter seems to like the bigger pistols it seems. Ended the day with her shooting full house loads in the smith 629. And shes tiny lol.

New shooters. Well to trap. Old man is fine, a bit sore. Boys are fine. Sil? Hahaha way worse than my girl. He got a bit cheekslap too. Daughter isnt bad at all considering she went 75 rounds and laughed that she needed a break. Then seen the bruise. Looked at Blake, and we all cried laughing poor kid is a accountant.
I shot the silver pigeon for 125 rounds. No bruise. Just wish I could shoot like my oldest. Darn kid is quick, no lead, gun down.
And we had a nice picknick too.
Nice place wish it wasent so far.
