Remington V3 Tac-13 ? ?

Sorry for the potentially dumb question, but in looking in this old thread the classifications say barrel length of 18" or overall length of 26" ... Remington specs it at 26.5"

I'm assuming I'm missing something else....

barrel length of 18 or more...AND 26"+ in length...
