How does a Speedfeed 3 stock reload?

Was debating over speedfeed 3 or 4 and wanted to know how you reload from the integral stock magazine? is it worth it? or what other stocks would you recommend for the mossberg 500? thanks

You push the shells in the butt back in slightly and then pull outwards at the front to release them. Pretty easy.
Fairly quick on right side (with practice) for right handed shooters with gun held at shoulder.
Left side is real slow for righties while at the shoulder.
Side saddle with shells base down seems fastest. Turn gun upside down at waist level to load, or keep gun at shoulder. Upside down is a good time to grab those two shells from the butt on the left.
Use both for max HD, tacticool and games.
Home storage: chamber empty, bolt closed, 5 in the tube, 6 in the saddle and 4 in the butt. Should be enough for grab and go. ( I also use an old quick-release trigger lock, not sold here in CA anymore).
Speedfeed stocks are not so good for lefties as a shell touches on your cheek.
