I am interested in purchasing a VABP100 Bull Pup. 12 gauge.
However, I can not find information/website about RIA.
If anyone has any information, please advise.

I googled VABP100 and nothing even came up. Try VRBP100 but nothing on the website yet.

Rock Island Armory (USA) is the importer.
They are being made for Armscor (Philipines) by Derya Arms (Turkey).

It is a variant of the Derya Arms N-100 being made for Armscor as the VABP100.
It uses the same magazines as the (Armscor) Rock Island Armory VR-80.

It is still awaiting BATFE approval for importation into the USA as a civilian legal sporting purpose shotgun.

Under CA laws, it is considered an assault weapon due to it being semi-auto and it not having a fixed magazine.

Based on your information, there is NO WAY I would purchase "anything" that was built this way.
