    Semi auto shotgun legal question

    Is it legal to have a vertical foregrip on a semi-auto shotgun with a fixed stock with a pistol grip? For example: a vertical forgrip Benelli m4 black synthetic pistol grip. Foregrip attachment made possible by strike industries hayl rail.

    Some people are saying its legal and some are saying its illegal

      It's always better to check the statute rather than rely on advice from folks on the internet.

      Penal Code section 30515 addresses your issue.

          With a fixed stock, the pistol grip and VFG are legal.
