    Remington V3 Field Sport Walnut?

I'm thinking to buy a Remington V3 Field Sport Walnut and would like to hear the inputs from the actual users. This is mainly for sporting clays and skeet shooting.

I have Remington Sportsman 58 12ga and CZ Drake 12ga. I'm also getting Remington 1100 Skeet B 20ga for skeet shooting. Yes, I like Remington shotguns

The retail stores and ranges near me do not have them so I have not mounted nor shot one yet.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I do not own one but used them a couple of times.
Absolutely amazing gun. Extremely soft shooter and points naturally for me.
    You will not be disappointed.
The "renowned" on this forum A300 does not hold a candle to it if you compare them side by side even tho they are in the same price range.

The only thing, i'd buy a como version. If you ever decide to hunt, the como layer safes the metal parts from elements, especially if you hunt in salt water, or if blood gets on the barrel, it stains the blueling.

If i buy another gun, it is going to be V3
Try Gunbroker. they occasionally pop up for a good price.

On my 3rd Dove / Duck / Goose season with an early 28" Camo version. Great Shotgun. No issues or regrets buying. I've taken a lot of birds with it.

I have one in synthetic. Like everyone else says, its a great gun, soft shooter. On mine after about 4-500 rounds it had a couple things come loose, but I caught it and tightened it all up, no more problems.

I have one in Walnut. Absolutely love it. As stated above, recoil is super light and it truly does feel like an extension of your arm when targeting.

Agree on camo version if you’ll be duck hunting, whatever shotgun you decide on. Also a fan of synthetic stocks for the duck blind. I’ve heard good thinks from other calgunners about the V3.

If you get the wood/blued model, pick up some wax.

If you don't let me try it at least for one station on skeet, I will curse you.

Curse me to hit double at station 6 all the time. Of course you can try it!

Thanks all for your feedback. I just picked up Remington V3 Field Sport Walnut this afternoon, and I'll test it for Sporting Clays at Redlands tomorrow. I will write up an initial impression report afterwards.

I think it's the best semi in that price range. Low maintenance and has been very reliable. Wish they made it in a 20 right now.

Agreed. I bought it for $649.99 online (no tax/S&H). Even with FFL transfer fee, I'm happy about this purchase.
