    Chokes

Have thought about this for some time.

Regarding buckshot what is the best choke to use?

    The same question for slugs.

I use a cylinder bore choke for each. Would any of the more informed shotgun shooters like to comment?

Generally cylinder or improved cylinder are preferred. You will only know for sure when you try your ammo in your gun.

To be honest I researched this for about an hr or two today and there is so much mixed information. I have a lynx 12 (saiga clone) and there only full extra full and improved cylinder chokes I still haven’t found a great answer. It seems like people recommend d improved cylinder for all around shooting including slugs but I have yet to get a definitive answer.

What gun do you have is probably some important information.
