Needless to say it was fun, but a challenge. The wind was either in your favor or LAUGHING AT YOU. There was one time where the clay literally floated forever and you couldn't tell where it was headed yet it was at least 50 yards away. On top of that I only brought a skeet choke and a cylinder choke. But overall it was great and there were a couple of Veterans out there shooting.

Hope you shot a few for me. If I was not at work I would have met you there. I would have hunkered down shooting the rabbits, and the under the platform out goers at station 14. I think 14, 15 and the rabbit station at 6 or 7 are my favs.

      How was the crowd?

Slow in the beginning. But it picked up when I left. Station 14 was more radical due to the winds. And of course the rabbits were fun. Station 15 we did the Argentina again. So much fun.

Was it floating long enough for you to change chokes?

You know, I should have ran back to my truck, drove back to Northridge and back. I probably had time.

EDIT: Lesson learned. Bring all your chokes and decide BEFORE you step on the station. LOL

Like trying to hit a Phil Niekro knuckle-ball I'd imagine.

You caught me. LOL My real screwup was not changing chokes when I left my house this morning. Station four is where I realized if my memory serves me right. Remember the two from the top of the hill on station 4 IIRC? I'm pretty sure I was just blowing air through those two birds. LOL.
