fastest access lock

looking for a way to store my 12g against the wall locked, but want the fastest idea/product/lock to unlock. I saw the mossberg shotgun lock and like it. Oh and it can't cost 3 thousand dollars. I can build something myself also, if you have any d.i.y. locks thanks
