This guy does some cool stuff with SAIGAs and VEPRs. He may be able to do something or recommend someone for you. In Oregon though.

Shoot the gun first and see if you really need to modify it before you spend a bunch of money on unnecessary things.

After you shoot it you will have a better idea of what you want done.

I would also recommend going to a Defensive Shotgun class and learn how to run that gun before making Mods,,, as after the class you will invariably want to do something else to it to make it more user friendly.

You can't really fix it right if you don't know what's wrong with it.

When I was big into 3gun, I sent my shotguns to Jeff cockrum at CRUMS. I don't know anyone who does it locally. Maybe try one of the AR gunsmiths like AR15barrels.

The loading port in the picture has been opened up quite a bit.
If you are into 3gun and you intend to load two or quad load the port needs to be worked on.
