Not quite.
There are two beads on the barrel.
If you line them up the gun shoots high. Therefore, a higher front site would work but shims technically would not change the point of impact.

Maybe I’m old school but I don’t think a hunting gun needs a midbead. So if I was in your situation I would take it off and adjust the stock so the guns shooting how I like.

I think it might be just the SBE3. Both wife and I shot trap with Benelli, she use a Benelli M2 while I use a Benelli Supersport. Both our shotguns shoot flat.
