Just picked this up yesterday (so nice not having a waiting period). Wish Cali/USA would adopt the way Canada does it, but they would loose the background check $$$. (Here you get a PAL - possession and acquisition license — that’s good for 5 years, and they run your name everyday though the background database daily. So you walk in, buy, and walk out with your non-restrictive rifles and shotguns).

Anyway, heading into the bush next week to break it in.

Question: Anyone add the choke “barrel” extension? If so, does it improve waterfowl hunting?

I remember watching a Canadian resident buy a gun at Cabelas, show his card and walk out with it ten minutes later. I was like “WTF?” How come I can’t do that in California?
