It was a good morning, perfect weather, not to crowded, good targets.
I can't think of a better way to spend a morning.

wish I could have made it today, sounds like you guys had fun hoping to find someone to shoot with Friday, maybe skeet at triple B's.

I was there yesterday with my wife and some friends. Got lucky, the pin on my Browning cynergy's ejector came out. 2 nice guys found the pin at station 14 and I later found it in my shooting vest.

Targets were great. A couple stations were very humbling.

Good you got the pin back, missing parts are always a PITA.
Some of the targets were tough, that's for sure. Yesterday I shot very well at stations I screwed up on at the Bonanza Blast, and shot very poorly on the ones I shot well at the Bonanza. Now if I could have put those rounds together, I would have either shot the worst score or been HOA...

But I did really like the rabbit station (10), rabbits are fun

I am usually pretty bad at rabbits, but I hit the one on 10. We brought a neighbor with us and he had never shot a shotgun. By the time we got to that station, he shot the rabbit 3 times in a row.

Cabela's had a good deal on shooting vests. Yesterday was my first time wearing it. They are really comfortable, the only downside is that the wife wanted one too. Now we have matching vests and I have a thing about not matching.

The fun with rabbits is the unpredictability of them.
At the Bonanza I had one that hit something, all forward momentum stopped and it went straight up. Now my gun is moving away from it, had to reverse course...I hit it. Never seen a target do that before, but it was fun

Yeah, that set has been there for a while. A couple weeks ago I was hitting it, yesterday, not so much. I'm pretty sure I was to far in front of it. It is a challenging target for sure.
