Standard DP-12 CA mod for compliance - smiths doing the mods?

I just watched the 10+ minute Standard Mfg video on what is involved in modifying the earlier DP-12 shotguns so they will be CA compliant - see http://www.stdgun.com/dp-12-california-compliant-plugs/ . IMHO, not a trivial task. I've just used their contact form to find out if they offer the installation of that $19.99 kit. I fully expect that they want nothing to do with it and will respond with a very firm PASS!

So, does anyone know of a CA smith that has done this mod and will do mods for other hapless Californians? If so, please PM me.
