    870 Help

    Re: Remington 870
A small pin fell out of my 870... Picked it up out of it's case and that little guy was sitting there. Picture attached. Can someone point me in the right direction of where it belongs? And how to keep it from happening again?
    Thanks!

It may be the extractor plunger part #22 on the parts diagram link. Or look at the sear pin part#53. One more is the front sight ramp pin part #848840 Thats all I see. Good luck.

I think it's the extractor plunger as Ironhorse said, but I would disassemble. It should become readily apparent where it's from.

Thanks for the link and pointing me in the right direction. Yes, I'm sure once I break it down, it will become readily apparent. Thanks again!
