Best bang for the buck and has quite a good reputation is the Mossberg SA 20. However your post and title don't match and the best answer to both was the Benelli.

Taran Tactical Benelli M2. They run and run and run. Inertia driven means it runs clean. The last time I shot 3 gun Nationals, I shot at least one 3 gun match a month and some trap. I never did a full disassemble clean until right before Nationals and the gun was pretty clean inside.
It's cheaper to buy the right gun first than to buy a cheaper gun, have a bunch of headaches with it and then buy the better gun later.Comment
