What is difference between Rem-1100 trap and skeet stocks?

I picked up a 1100 Skeet a while back that I like as all around clay gun. I did swap out the 26" fixed Skeet barrel for a 30" barrel with screw in chokes.

My brother is looking at them; found a deal on a Trap model.

What is the difference between the two?

The high comb stock may be flat shooting on some cases ...depends on the fit to the shooter

I'd add that a trap stock is generally a liability on anything other than a dedicated trap gun.

I've killed a lot of doves with a monte carlo stocked 870 trap gun. Also shot a fair amount of skeet with that gun, when it was the only gun I owned. All depends what you get used to and what sorta fits you. If fit is close enough, it's good enough for casual clays.
