Trap - skeet in Upland Ontario area?

I have a cousin in Upland that wants to get into Trap and Skeet, so I'm going to gift him a mint condition Ted Williams 12ga, (Win M 1200).

So I need to find an FFL in the Upland - Ontario area that will accept a shotgun from a private person from New Mexico for transfer to my relative in CA.

Also need suggestions I can forward where he can go for lessons and shooting ranges, he lives in Upland.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, but I don't think they have an FFL. Best I have found in that general area (a bit far) is Pennington Firearms in Wildomar, transfers are very reasonable.
