Can I Shorten the LOP?

Currently using Maverick 88, 20 inch, as HD shotgun.



However, the LOP is a bit too long and uncomfortable. Is there a shorter stock? Or should I change the stock to a grip?

Put a magpul stock on it? Mossberg 500 stocks will fit on a Maverick 88. Think most parts are interchangeable except the trigger group.

Yeah. The SGA is half the price of the Maverick. The Hogue will do the job.

Another vote for the Hogue youth stock if you prefer the conventional stock. I personally have a Knoxx Specops stock on my defensive shotgun. It has an adjustable LOP like an AR stock.
