    Uncontrollable Pistol Grip Shotgun

He must've been shooting some 3 1/2" mags. I've shot 3" slugs through my 590 and it didn't feel too good on the shoulder, I'm not that crazy to shoot 3.5" shells for home defense. Oh! And the guy is a real gentleman.

This is a great how NOT to do video...did you notice with the second guy...the expert...and his muzzle awareness! Swings gun right at first guy...I would have had some words of gun safety with the entire group...these people are an Accident Waiting to Happen!

Haha. Good Vid. A pistol grip 12 does have recoil. I used to shoot buckshot and slugs out of mine but that got old quick and I bought the Knoxx Special opps stock. A whole lot better!

I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, these people are probably what most anti-gunners think are 'typical' gun owners.

In some parts of the states, those are your "typical" gun owners.

I've actually seen some people at my local range try that with a 12 gauge, only to get yelled at by the RSO.

                          Haha, seriously...

I can't imagine firing shells that large would feel good with a gun that had a shoulder stock...nevermind your wrists with a pistol grip only gun!

10-4 on that slug shooting isn't needed for protection from experiece I'd rather use 1 1/4 ounces of #6's,#5's or#4's . In the 1960's a NYS juvenile who was physically abused by his drunken mean sadistic father along with other members of the family time after time finally had enough, he unscrewed the light at the top of the stairs, armed himself with a 12g shotgun loaded with a Federal Mark 5 shotshell with #6 shot, when he heard his father stumbling up the stairs to the second floor which led to his room the son loaded the shotgun and waited for his father to get to the top step onto the landing then he fired hitting him in the chest & abdomen shredding his clothes, abdomem & chest knocking him down the stairs to the entrance. The autopsy revealed the zipper to his fly was in the vertebral column along with the plastic wad,he didn't live long .I was the probation officer who wrote the presentence report. He definitely didn't need a slug or double ought shot to kill his father #6 shot did the job.Bird shot is very effective at close range.
