    Benelli M2 American Unboxing

I've uploaded an unboxing video of my first shotgun. Would you take a look and let me know if I misidentified anything while the video is private? I'll still have time to add corrective captions over the weekend.

For some reason, the link I posted earlier was broken. I think I've fixed the coding on it now... I think?

Looks like there's no Comfortech feature on this version of the M2? Nice camo pattern.

After you have shot a few hundred rounds through it, can you post back and let us know if the forearm becomes loose? It does so on my wife's M2 Field Compact 12 gauge, I had to shim it with some patch cloth so that the forearm doesn't wobble a little.

Are you looking to hire a technical advisor for your vids?

Correct, no ComforTech. The M2 American appears to be their "budget" version.

Does the wobble on your wife's M2 occur at the connection of with the barrel ring?

Haha. Hire, no, since I'm creating these for free. But if you want to volunteer to be one. ;-)

The connection with the barrel ring seems to be the culprit, yes. The M2 has an odd design in that it does not have any support on the receiver end of the forearm, nothing to hold it from the back. I think this might be the reason why it wobble a bit.

My Supersport has a slight different design in that the forearm has these little "legs" at the receiver end which slots in and holds the forearm in place firmly.

The wobble is just a slight irritation though, the gun will still shoot fine. Wife use it for trap shooting at a very high volume however so small irritations are magnified when you shoot a lot.
