Winchester 2 barrel set Model 12 info

Evening Guys. I have a Model 12 16 gauge that has 2 'barrels'. It has fairly high vent ribs and I have read both facts that they may have been installed after market...or installed by Winchester prior to selling retail. Lots of info out there...but the more I read...the more confusing it seems. Looking for any information anyone would offer...including value. Thanks for your time and assistance!
