    Crown arms 10gauge

OK so I have a friend who has a 1901 crown arms 10 gauge and hes wondering what kind of sheels he can use. hes thinking its a black powder gun. But he asked me if he could use regular 10gauge shells IDK so i figured id ask.

It will need to use light BP loads, no modern ammo. It should be chambered for the old 2-7/8" shells, not the modern 3-1/2" ones.

Here's a good place to start.

I'd do some searching for SASS shooter supply companies, there is some company making new production 10ga BP cowboy loads, I just can't remember who.

Dunno, I'm not very knowledgeable about shotgun appraisals.
