    Loaner shotgun recomendations

I have a lot of new shooters joining me for trap and skeet lately, unfortunately they do not own their own shotguns yet (younger 20ish kids). I am thinking about getting a couple of semis for loan etc. I was leaning toward the A300's but that is a little more than I want to spend for guns I am not shooting.

Any thoughts on a reliable, no frills semi that wont break the bank.

    Thanks.

Not sure why it has to be a semi to start young shooters with. When I was 20, I'd have been happy to shoot a Mossberg 500 at clays. If it had a vent rib barrel, even better.

If you can't find used 1100's the Boy Scouts here use 11-87's They have held up for years.

Weatherby SA-08 bought from "gun genie" -- Davidson's will extend the warranty to lifetime -- good for your loaner / instructional use.

Stoeger M3000 or M3500. I know a couple guys that bought these to test out clay shooting sports and they are great guns for the money.

Damn I have a Dickinson semi-auto that I bought at Big 5. That thing works flawlessly.

                            I ended up with a 930 Field and a SX4.

Probably get the SA-08 next month.
