They can tumble in many receivers causing malfunctions. I believe they were designed for a specific gun, Winchester 1200? That they won't work in some guns. Some guns could be modified to accept them. Like adding epoxy to a mossy 500 to keep shells from tumbling in the chamber. Shot them with a buddy once. Definitely lower recoil. Too much trouble for me to deal with. If 5x12g won't cut it it's time for a new weapon. Could be good for home defense if you're worried about home invasion or multiple attackers. I would do a lot of testing to make sure though.

would not recommend for HD, try out at range first though

          Hard to find... Yup.
Excellent feeding and shooting in my 1300 Defender.
NO GO in my 500, 1100.
Work well in my wall hanger side by side.

          YMMV

Runs great in my KSG. Holds 24 of them little bastards.

Online out of stock all over, bought a bunch today at the Vallejo gun show.

            Fun stuff.

Work fine in my over/under. No recoil.

The slugs work better in my 870 than the buckshot. Mostly FTE (with the shot) but you have to be aggressive with the pump either way.

I noticed with some batches, I experienced under loaded charges with the birdshot and buckshot. Slugs were consistent and surprisingly manageable. These were all fired from my KSG. YMMV however.

I know the Aguila Mini-shells won't run in a lot of guns (save SxS's) but have you looked into the Herter's Mini Buckshot? They're Shorter than 2 3/4 and longer than the Aguila. I've never had issues shooting them in my 870 and they're fun to shoot.

BTW if you're having trouble finding the mini-shotshells, I've noticed that Cabelas is selling a Herters brand one that comes with the dry storage box. Link: http://www.cabelas.com/product/shoot...ox/1706750.uts

I've not used them before though so not sure about the quality but if you do try them, please post back and let us know.

Enhance your Mossberg 500, 590, or Maverick 88 with the OPSol Mini-Clip. Reduced recoil and reliable cycling of 1.75 minishells. Made in USA!

This is suppose to make it available to use with the Mossbergs

From personal experience shooting the Aguila mini-shells out of...
                            Kel-Tec KSG = good
                            Winchester Model 1300 = good
                            Serbu Super Shorty = good
                            Maverick 88 = bad
Remington Model 870 Wingmaster = bad
