    Benelli SBEII

So after years of being a Browning and Winchester guy, I've finally decided to drink the Benelli Kool-aid and buy a SBEII. I can get a SBEII in optifade or
max5 for $1499. Or get the SBEII 25th anniversary in max5 for $1799. Here is the big question is the 25th anniversary worth the extra money? Ive picked both up and they shoulder and point the same. Only difference is some bigger controls and extended chokes right? Or am I missing something?

I like the way the SBEII feels better. The forearm on the III feels kinda funky in my hand lol.

I enjoy my Benelli Sport II but felt recoil is stronger than Beretta, or other gas guns, if recoil matters to you.

I only shoot 3" so not too concerned about recoil. Just tired of all the cleaning on my Browning Silver

The Benelli is the easiest auto to clean that I know of. Have fun.

According to Benelli's web site, the 25th anniversary edition gets you:
I think the brushed nickel bolt is probably worth the upgrade. If it is similar to the one in my Supersport, you'll love it. It is very slick and very hard wearing.

It's a Benelli, everything is expensive from the factory.
Plus it includes the other stuff, which aren't cheap.

Congratulations on the purchase, I'm sure you'll enjoy the ownership of the Benelli SBEII. Both wife and I use Benelli semi-auto shotguns for trap shooting and we shoot quite a lot. They are well made, reliable, tough and very easy to maintain.

Look at Benelli USA's channel on Youtube, it has video guides on how to maintain and service the shotgun.

Thank you sir. What does your wife shoot? Im thinking of getting my wife a 20ga M2 for waterfowl hunting. She's currently shooting a 20ga SX3 and just like my Browning its a pain to clean lol.
