    Remington 870 vs. Winchester SXP

Well, my question is pretty straight-forward. What pros and cons can people offer me for these two guns?

The 870 is easier to clean...hell you don't really ever have to clean the 870 if you don't want to.

IVe had nothing but good luck with my 870, great gun. I cant say enough good things about it.

That being said, i have not shot the Winchester.

I think you would have to specify what it is you are looking to do with said shotgun. Pros and cons will vary greatly according to the purpose you want the shotgun to serve. One gun that would make an awesome hunter may not be ideal for home defense. Clarify what you are looking for and you might get a better answer...just my .02

Both are great shotguns. Remington is probably known for more reliability but you cannot go wrong with either. If its going to home defense then get the Remington 870.
