Hiya Calguns!
Quick question from a shotty (and calguns) newbie. I'm picking up a Rem 870 26" shotgun tomorrow am. I've shot trap with over/unders for a few months but, when it came to buying one I HAD to go with a pump. It just sounds much cooler than the "click" that comes when you break an o/u barrel.
To the point, do I need to shoot a particular type of load through it when I first take it out or is it like my glock where any factory ammo will do for ~200 rds before I switch to reloads?
Part two...also in comparison with the glock...does it need to be cleaned and lubed out of the box or is it good to go?
Sorry...I know they're rookie questions, but if I can't ask 'em here, then where can i?
