    Saiga 12 gauge

Does anyone have any experience with the Saiga 12 gauge semi-auto shotguns? Are they legal in California?
    Thanks for your input.

With a mag lock device installed, they are legal.

www.forum.saiga-12.com Any information you are looking for you can find there.

Expect to pay around 900-1000 OTD or more for a pistol gripped converted one in CA compliant configuration.

The stock basic S12 is pretty easy to get, but you have to get it maglocked. Converting it to pistol grip format is not too hard to do by yourself, but getting a professional job done on one from a gunsmith expect to wait 3-4 months turn around.
