Crummy cell phone pic I just took.

Old School Mossberg 500ATP. Only has a slip-on recoil pad and shell holder. I don't like a bunch of crap on my HD weapons

      WTB used AK MFER.

It's not complete, but this is what it looks like now. I want to add some better sights and a stock that has a pistol grip.

There are many like it, but this is my Mossberg...

Here's my Mossberg 500 combo in zombie control mode...

Here's the BooYaa Tribe out at Martinez a couple years ago....the same M500 in long barrel mode is in the meat hooks on the right...

coy80176- How do you like that pistol grip? I had it on mine but I had to take it off, it just wasn't any fun to shoot with. Actually, it was just too damn painful, shooting 3" magnum buckshots felt like someone was hitting the inside of my palm with a baseball bat. In a HD scenerio I would be more likely to swing it at someone than shoot.

chunky lover- I like the way your shotgun looks, that's exactly what I'm aiming for.

              all torque,

it kicks like a mofo alright! I put double ought buck through it, keeping both hands on tight, shooting from the hip, feet firmly planted and standing a bit sideways...

with trigger time, you get used to it/know to expect it with your whole body. I love it, kind of in the same way that I love shooting my 30-06 rifle, but only for a bit...it's not an all day shooter...f's my shoulder up, but's an awesome tool. If you have a safe, hope it's full of guns/rifles/sg's and ammo....for me, the arsenal isn't complete without the two handed cannon!

              Cheers,

I'm thinking of selling mine, I want something slightly shorter. The mesa stock stays with me though.

I'm thinking $250. It's still unused. Heat shield and cdm gear clamp included, but standard stock instead of the mesa.

My father in law's 500 Cruiser with my AR. Its been lots of fun so far, got a stock coming for it though as the pistol grip is not really ideal. I'm also going to suggest a heat shield as the barrel gets pretty warm after a couple of tubes

Hogue 12" length of pull stock. I had a stock with a pistol grip but it was too long and it made it awkward to use the safety. This fits and works much better.
                          Revolvers are not pistols

pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.

How do you guys ^ like your Hogue short stocks? Personally, I like the idea of a shorter setup.

Edit: I see that Milsurp likes his.

the 12" LOP is a great fit for me. You do need to modify your grip to avoid smak'n your nose.
