Tubular mag. At least 18 inch barrel and 25 inches overall. should be good to go.

Yep, no detachable magazine, so it's fine with only the pistol grip.
You cannot install a telescoping buttstock unless the pistol grip is removed.

Benelli m4 comes like that from the factory, too. Pistol grip OR telescoping stock on semi-auto is ok, just can't have both or it will be too scary looking.
