Hey all, I've been shooting a weatherby sa08 for about 5 years now and really like it, for a sub 600 dollar auto, it's great. However, I've been bitten by the bug to get a new duck gun. I got to looking at the element, an inertia gun vise my gas gun. Reviews all seem great, and can be had in a black synthetic version for around 600 or so.
My only concern about getting one, is that I won't really be getting any sort of performance upgrade from another 600 gun. Does anyone have any experience with one of these?
My only real gripe with the sa08 is that the grip isnt the most ergonomic thing in the world and while I shoot the gun fine, a better fitting stock would be nice.
I'm not trying to start a debate over american/Italian guns are better or Turkish shotguns aren't worth anything. I know I could spend double the price tag and get a phenomenal gun, but I'm not interested in paying that much when I know I can get a good gun for less.
Any wisdom from the people here about inertia verse gas or the weatherby element specifically would be much appreciated!!
