Barrel porting and NSCA/FITASC rules

So in my ventures of shopping for a new target gun I've been offered some pretty sweet deals. A nice deal I've come up on has ported barrels and that immediately killed it for me. But then again I can't remember the NSCA ruling on ports. Does anyone know if barrel ports are allowed in NSCA and FITASC?

I've tried searching the rule book and Google and have failed. But years ago I remembering selling a ported barrel because it wasn't allowed. But I don't remember. Thanks guys.

NSCA/FITASC couldn't care less. The guys standing next to you may be a different story

Huh really....I thought there was a rule against it. Maybe a long time ago I don't know know. But anyways I feel like the gun is ruined. Like its dirty damaged good as it had its barrels violated haaha.

Your call. My Browning 525 is ported from the factory, and I've been shooting NSCA tournaments with it for years.
