Will a wobbly clay thrower mount give me issues?

Just mounted my thrower to a bare tire. It's not going to jump off the tire, I tested it, but the mount wobbles about 1-2 inches on launch. Before I head on out to the desert, does anyone know if it will give me issues?

When you get out to the desert fill the tire with sand.
    Problem solved.

Hmm, ^^ this probably. As I'm a wobbly shooter, the damn thing might work perfect for me!

For the desert, I like the sand idea. My thrower is on a small tripod. I usually put a big rock or two on the base. A little wobble won't hurt. You just have to focus harder on the clay!

The more rigid the mount, the stronger the throw.

I've done the tire/wheel assembly, but never a bare tire.
