Mossberg 930 SPX experience

I have a Mossberg 590 and have had good luck with it.
I am considering a 930 SPX semi-auto to add to my collection.
Anybody have anything to tell regarding their experience with this new model?

After reading TONS of positive reviews w/ pics I decided to take the plunge, found one last week[ very hard to find, I was really lucky], will pick it up in 10 days.

I've shot the 930 a few thousand rounds. It started out life as a 28" field gun. The barrrel was cut down to 21" and threaded for chokes to shoot 3 gun with.

It ran great no issues with function. It does have some glaring fit issues if you load weak hand. If you don't it might not matter.

All in all I'd say it's a really good gun. If you are in the LA area Oaktree has the tactical model.

It does have some glaring fit issues if you load weak hand.

The fore end hits my hand when I'm loading 4 shells which can cause a dropped shell. Also the shell lifter needs to be opened up in the back or it might be able to be welded up the rim of the shell catches on it and can cause a dropped shell.

If you load different than I do then you might not have a problem. I'd have to address those issues before I took it to a match.
