WTB 12 Gauge Semi Auto Which one?

I am looking to buy a 12 gauge semi auto that will mostly be used for trap and dove hunting. I alredey have a remington 870 pump and my grandfathers stevens side by side. I want something that I could put a lot of shells through and won't be a wall mount. I don't want anything tactical but I do like the synthetic look ( I am a carpenter and can't stand when wood gets scuffed up). I have been told that the bennelli is the way to go but I would like to spend less than a grand and possibly around the 700-800 range but if there really isn't anything worth buying I guess I will just have to wait and save for the benelli. Thanks

Mossberg 930. From what I hear, they are affordable and reliable.

Beretta has a really nice model for around 700 to 800. It would be my second choice after a Benelli. 3901 Extrema I think is the model number. I think it's an all weather gun.
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

no reason you could not get a used benelli for the price you are looking for

Remington 1100 or 1187 Make sure what ever you get has changeable chokes.

Winchester Super X2 is my preferred sub 1K semi-auto - smoother than the Remington...

+1 on the Gold.. you can occasionally find them in the $750 range.. I've used mine for hunting, clays, and action shooting for going on 10 years.. I love the speed feed function that no other gun save the auto-5 gives you..
