I've been looking at getting a 2nd shotgun so that I can send my current one for servicing and not leave me without one to use on weekends. Looking at O/U shotguns this time, just to try something different.
I've never owned one before and have a few questions:
1. I've seen people put grease in the area where the shotgun pivots and breaks open, is this the only location that requires lubrication?
2. I have sweaty hands, all my current firearms have polymer furniture so it doesn't really matter. When using an O/U with wooden stock, will I have to put a layer of wax on it to protect it from sweat on my hands?
Thanks.
