    Q. Remington 870 Wingmaster

I recently acquired a Remington 870 Wingmaster. It has the initials AT on the receiver. I can't find any information in what this stands for. Any information or thoughts are welcome. Huge thanks in advance!!

This thread is useless without a picture of the gun you are speaking of, the insignia you are referring to, and you holding the gun in that particular picture. Just kidding, gun girls rock.

      ><

Is the "AT" stamped in the metal, or engraved , or ???

Or is it "TA" ? Which is "Trap A Grade"

"AT" is likely to mean the gun was built in March 1970. See:
(former) Glock and 1911 Armorer; LEO (now retired)

I always thought the initials to date Remington's were on the left side of the barrel by the receiver. I don't think an AT on the receiver will indicate date of mfg.
