OK, OK I am old school (or just Old) but have a yearning for an 1100, they seem to be getting hard to find (Nice shape).. Is the 1187 as much gun as it's older brother? Thanks in advance for your thoughts..

Just know that some of these guns are cursed and/or extremely fickle. Mine has been a nightmare to get it to run right. If buying used, factor in the cost of an action spring, barrel seal, and I think it's called the action ring. Not expensive stuff but should still be factored ib.WTB: Marlin 989 M2 stock (uncracked), and 989 M2 rifles
