    Shotgun Mod

If you're really bored and have a hankering for prison time, here is a great shotgun mod you can do.

    POTD: Shotgun Hidden Under Hood
    http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2016/03/08/shotgun-hidden-under-hood/
Found this on Facebook.Recently, the Springfield MA Police Department discovered a shotgun concealed under the hood of a motor vehicle. The gun was rigged to fire from a switch located within the passenger area of the car.Officers should be aware of this method of firearm concealment.Somewhat disconcerting that someone has a concealed shotgun in their vehicle. However I can’t imagine this being terribly effective. It would be difficult to aim this and shotgun projectiles do not cover a very large area enough to do a lot of damage.

"It is currently CA legal to modify a double-action revolver into a single-action revolver and modify a single-action revolver into a double-action revolver.

CA DOJ BOF stance on modifying handguns only applies to dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols.
^It does not apply to revolvers, manually operated repeating pistols, and semi-auto pistols." ~~ Quiet

                              .
Apparently, according to the comments posted below that article, that photo has been circulating the inn3rn3tz for years.

Where's the buffer tube? All I can see is a receiver with the action locked open.
