Does the muzzle break real work. Looked at a youtube video, and it does not seem to have a huge difference recoil given the weight and size of the break. Enquiring minds want to know?

Weren't they discontinued/recalled because of some issues with the brake spitting pellets out the side of the baffles? I remember reading somewhere that was happening and spitting light target load pellets out the side and peppering people standing next to the shooter...

I could see that happening.... this isn't a gun you are going hunting with, but a gun when you want to try and be cool because you only have a little gun....

I am sure that Barrett looking muzzle break is would do just fine with 00 buck or rifled slugs......
