Chokes for SA-08 20G

Family member got a Weatherby SA-08 20G Youth Synthetic. It came with basic chokes; full, modified, improved.

What would be a good skeet choke? He really liked shooting trap and skeet with my 1100, even though it was too big(long) for him.

Carlson has an extended knurled option. He really only needs skeet, although a set of extended knurled would be nice.

Pikins seem to be slim...

I have a 20ga SA-08 as well as love it.

I'd strongly recommend Trulock chokes, and an extended skeet choke would do perfectly.

Some Mossberg/ Browning Invector/ Winchester Tubes work on my wife PA-08 and some don't. I have a mossberg choke that didn't work. I know the Bass Pro and Carlsons tubes work.

The chokes that came with the gun....if threaded on the bottom are the same as Browning Invector/Winchester/mossberg

Edit.....Look for Browning choke tubes (if that is what it takes) or Briley, Trulock, used on ebay 10-20 bucks ...I use Browning tubes in my WHB's.....I have a set of Carlson Exstended and have to say they are garbage....at least the ones I have. Also, a Cylinder choke works great for Skeet if you come across one at a bargain price
