HK Carbon Fiber FP6 - Rail Install Question

I have a HK FP6 all Carbon Fiber (Barrell, Receiver, etc.). I wanted to install a rail up top to mount some toys but there are no holes. Can the Carbon Fiber be tapped and threaded? If so does anyone recomend anbody in the Central Valley?

It could conceivably be helicoiled, but even if done correctly it would still not be strong enough. Unfortunately, your SG won't tolerate much modification due to the carbon fiber. Leave it alone.
