KSG sticky chamber??

Hi Guys,
I finally got out to try my gen(2 or gen 3) Titanium KSG and out of around 70shots probably 10-15 of them felt like the used shell was sticking in the chamber making it hard to work the pump. Several times I had to really hit the thing to make it eject the shell.

I spent a couple of minutes polishing my chamber last night and hope this may fix the problem- any other suggestions??

I had the same issue with Winchester . I switched over to federal ammo now ran perfect easy to rack back also

By my way of thinking a shotgun shouldn't have to have special ammo just to function properly.
( Excluding deformed or poorly manufactured shotgun shells.)

Whatever is causing these sticky shotgun chambers Mossberg seems to know the secret solution.

And my guess that secret solution is just FINISH making the shotgun at the factory and don't make it a D.I.Y. home project for the consumer.

But that will cost them a few dollars more.

I shoot trap weekly and go through a lot of ammo. The vast majority of birdshot uses steel with brass plating. Some of it is problematic. I had my Mossberg 500 chamber polished to minimize this stocking. Winchester ammo is the absolute worse in my shotgun. Try other brands. You will likely find several that work well.
