    Stevens 555 Opinions?

    So I recently came across this over/under while searching for the next addition to my shotgun stable of 1.

    I read some reviews online which were mixed, some said it was a great budget break action, and others said they had quality issues with theirs, specifically that the gun will double fire (ie fire both barrels at once)

    I was wondering if any calgunners had their own experience with this shotgun in general or if i should just buy it and judge on my own?

      It looks good. Buy it and judge for yourself. I own many shotguns over the years and they come and go until eventually I got a 870 and then a second 870. Shotguns are fun enjoy

          guess i will pick one up, and be the guinea pig here. hopefully i can write a decent review so maybe others down the line will have something to read.

          i guess i'll see how it goes, and hope i don't get the dreaded double shot problem that i read about. seems some people have theirs shoot both barrels with one trigger pull.
