Reopening Part Deux! We have a more powerful server, twice the CPU and four times the RAM.
I'm kind of afraid to say this but... let's stress test this thing!
I have an 870 20gauge compact that I cannot seem to get the fore end aligned.
The left rubs on the barrel. Any tricks to solving this?

Could be a number of problems including the action release bars are bent, the forend is too big/wood pieces sticking. If you have already taken it apart and examined these parts I would try a dremel or file on the forend where it rubs. 20 gauge not as popular but if you could borrow a different forend and see if that fixes it. Good Luck.
