I had an A5 worked over at Art's. The work was great but they unfortunately didn't listen to my request (over the phone and as a written note in the case with the gun) to please return my old fore end even if it couldn't be fixed.
My A5 is a three shot version 16 gauge, the fore ends ate rate and extremely hard to find (they are marked 'three shot'). Art's built a new one and finished it for me but tossed the numbers matching and 3 shot marked one out.
Ultimately I'm happy that my A5 is clean, functions well, and the new butt pad and fore end look great; but I'm disappointed that I didn't get my original matching (but cracked) fore end back. I called after I received the shotgun back and they spent a couple of days looking for it but by then it was gone.
So, IMO they do great work, aren't terribly quick, and you need to make sure that your communications with then are clearly understood.
