KSG- LAX Range? I need some assistance

    Guys,

My KSG keeps jamming. I think it may be user error but want to be sure before I send it back.

Anyone with experience with one ever go to LAX Range that could help me out?

    Thanks!!!!!

I'll be at the Burbank shoot at the end of the month (24th or 31st), I know my way around a KSG pretty well.

    How exactly is it jamming?

I had issues shooting steel bird shot. It's not the most fluid shooting gun. Rack it hard in both directions.

Talk to Nolan the Rangemaster at LAX. He,s a LASD firearms instructor and has had some time on the KSG.

          How old is the KSG?

The KSG needs to be racked like you got a pair

Speaking from experience if it's an extraction issue. Kel-tec recommends you only use high-brass ammo (although the manual doesn't say this). And if it is still giving you issues, then you'll have to send it back. I had to send mine back 2x, but since getting it back the 2nd time, its been golden with any brass.

Cheapest way to ship it is by USPS, unloaded, disassembled and in a plain box. Don't seal the box before hand, as they may want to ensure its disassembled.
An err on the side of caution, is still an err. - me
