    Browning Customer Service

I just had to share this. A few months ago I picked up a Browning Citori 725 Field model in 12G and I really love it. However I lost the choke wrench that came with it and wanted to buy another one. The Citori 725 comes with the Invector DS choke tubes, and I couldn't find one for the Invector DS choke tube system on the internet anywhere. Not even on the Browning USA website. But I called Browning USA anyway thinking they had to have one even though it isn't listed on their website. So I talked to the rep in Browning's parts dept and told him I had lost the one that came with my gun and wanted to buy a replacement. After putting me on hold for a few minutes to look it up, he came back and said that he had one and would mail it out to me free of charge. Now that is customer service!

Leupold is just as good. I took a leupold scope off my browning bar safari grade and sent the gun for service. Browning did the work for free and it was perfect, but I lost one of the rear windage scope mount screws and asked Leupold whats size was the screw and I would get from my screw and bolt guy. They said bs to that and sent me the entire rear mount with the screws free of charge. If you have a cadillac then use cadillac parts the tech told by way of a reprimand.

That is how a reputable company should stand behind their products and thus keep customers for life.

Taurus has sent me some parts for free for their various weapons I own. Once when I managed to launch something while I was disassembling one of their lever actions and I had a recoil spring guide break and some mags go bad on one of their pistols.

Para Ord, ATI, Colt and Escort have all stepped up to the plate at various times for me as well.
